player guidlines

1.Well done All Pre Season Trg went extremely well have noticed fitness and stamina levels have improved all round, now take it forward for this coming season. A Register has been taken throughout pre-season and for the coming months.

2.Treasury report will be published shortly all will be informed as to where we stand financially. To lead on from this a new Strip has been ordered thanks to Jessica for sponsorship. Also new equipment such as balls, ball bag, first aid bag training aids have been purchased. Currently looking at costings for rain jackets, which is in the pipeline.

3.Team Captain Lisa, vice Captain Jessica will both have their responsibilities for which tasks will be delegated to team players through the team Rota, this will be displayed within changing room on each home game, and delegation of tasks when playing away. Would like player co-operation no moaning!

4. Tasks involved will be to wash kit / clean changing rooms / put nets & corner flags out and yes you will be doing it more than once! Taking care and looking out for equipment for it to last! You know me I will go slightly mad if equipment and kit is not looked after. (Have a thing about folded bibs etc.)

5.Need to know your holiday / work / or any other dates which players are unavailable for this coming season.

6. We once again have a good squad with excellent team spirit and new players signed on. I hope to field at least 13 to 14 players for every game. All players will play. Positions may change at times but will try to maintain consistency. New players are still coming in. Everyone is to work for each other during training and matches; I expect 100% commitment and effort from each and everyone not only physically but in attitude as well!

7.As Team Manager I will make several decisions some will be right and some may not so bear with me but am open to ideas. However if you have a problem or grievance, either goes through your respective captains? Or myself, I hope that you find me approachable if you are unhappy about something please talk about it. I will admit I can sometimes have tunnel vision hence my captains and secretary to keep me on the straight and narrow.

8.Winter trg has been booked at Oakengates due to start beginning of October cost £22 per session, expect good turnout. Subs per game £2.50. Don’t want to use all savings on training looking ahead to end of season presentation evening.

9.Discipline and conduct will be maintained throughout the whole season on and off the pitch, need say no more. Reason for this with instilled discipline we learn to respect each other and become a professional unit, this will reflect in our play on the pitch.

10.My expectations for the team is to finish within the top 3, this is with whatever formation we may use. Everyone will play an important part for Wrockwardine Wood Jacs to achieve success for this season.

11.Finally please take these ground rules on board, as it will help with our successful progression for this season. Be proud to wear your shirt I am convinced we are the best team in the league as I look forward to your hard work paying off.
